Locally harvested wild “tuna” blended with our hot peppers. Tropical flavors with a hot pepper infusion. The “Tuna” is the fluorescent purple fruit of the Opuntia, known as the Prickly Pear. This fruit is painfully hand harvested in September from wild cactus on and around the Taos Hum farm. The Prickly Pear has a natural watermelon-berry flavor, antioxidant and vitamin rich, and pairs perfectly with Capsicum Chinese Peppers.
