We make our ice cream in house in small batches with Valdez farm eggs, organic milk, raw sugar and local fruits, mints and handmade caramel. This is a big difference from most ice cream. For our most popular flavor, Peppermint Chocolate Chip, we only use local peppermint when it is in season in Taos. Most creamery's use a peppermint flavoring, we however steep the whole plant to create an intense minty flavor. How is this different, the flavor is layered and whole and complex almost earthy. You really just need to try.
