our ice cream!

Our rotating flavors reflect the seasons of New Mexico, the bounty of our farmers, and creativity of our kitchen. 

We make our ice cream in house in small batches with Valdez farm eggs, organic milk, raw sugar and local fruits, mints and handmade caramel. For our most popular flavor, Peppermint Chocolate Chip, we steep local peppermint when in season in Taos.
